Our Construction Process
Step 1
Initial Enquiry
Reach out with your project idea via phone, email, or our website. We’ll respond promptly to acknowledge your enquiry and discuss the next steps.
Step 2
Meet & Greet
Meet with Kieran to explore your needs and preferences. This face-to-face (or virtual) meeting helps us understand your vision and how we can realise it.
Step 3
Site Meeting
A site visit with key people together including your architect. This allows us to assess the site conditions and refine your project requirements.
Step 4
Preliminary Pricing
Provide us with your working drawings. We’ll review them to offer an estimated cost, considering all aspects of your project.
Step 5
Contract Preparation
After finalising the details, we’ll
prepare a comprehensive agreement. This includes final pricing, a detailed timeline, and the formal terms.
Step 6
Break Ground
Construction begins! Kieran will be your main point of contact throughout the project, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to completion.
