Our Construction Process
Step 1
Initial Enquiry
Whether you already have an architect or are just starting out and need help with plans, we can support you through the design and build journey.
Step 2
Meet & Greet
Meet with Kieran to explore your needs and preferences. This face-to-face (or virtual) meeting helps us understand your vision and how we can realise it.
Step 3
Site Meeting
A site visit with key people, including your architect if you have one. If you’re just starting out, we can guide you through the design process to get plans in place.
Step 4
Preliminary Pricing
Provide us with your working drawings. We’ll review them to offer an estimated cost, considering all aspects of your project.
Step 5
Contract Preparation
After finalising the details, we’ll
prepare a comprehensive agreement. This includes final pricing, a detailed timeline, and the formal terms.
Step 6
Break Ground
Construction begins! Kieran will be your main point of contact throughout the project, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to completion.
